Delivery cost and timing
The delivery options available to you, the cost and the estimated arrival date are shown at checkout before you pay. Please review them before completing your order.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment has cleared. You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email chopverohelp@gmail.com straight away and we will correct it if the order has not already been dispatched.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived by the estimated date, email chopverohelp@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost we will replace it or refund you in full.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, email chopverohelp@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a photograph, and we will put it right.
