Your legal right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email chopverohelp@gmail.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.
Our 30-day returns window
We go further than the legal minimum. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to return something
Email chopverohelp@gmail.com with your order number and we will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as we cannot process returns we are not expecting.
Return postage
You pay the cost of returning an item unless it arrived faulty, damaged or was not what you ordered, in which case we cover the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we will refund you within 14 days using the original payment method. Where you cancel a whole order under your statutory right, the refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid.
Faulty items
If your item develops a fault, email chopverohelp@gmail.com with your order number and a short description or photograph. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
