These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with ChopVero. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.
Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We take reasonable care to price everything correctly, but if we find an error we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours can vary between screens. Packaging may change from time to time.
Using the product safely
ChopVero is a food preparation appliance with sharp blades. Please read the instructions supplied with the product, keep it away from children, and follow the manufacturer's guidance on cleaning and use.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our returns process is set out on our returns and refunds page.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
